Brothers, this is a reminder that the deadline to submit recommendations is tomorrow, Thursday, January 11th, 2024. You must submit your recommendations using Form 3A.
If the recommendation is a proposed Eighth District Bylaws Amendment, the DKRS will circulate the recommendation to the brotherhood for review at least 60 days before the scheduled District Meeting.
Any recommendation has to have the approval of the submitting brother Chapter’s Basileus under the “This recommendation is endorsed by” section to be considered for review. If not, the Form will be rejected.
Form 3A is on the 8th District Website under the Secured Resources Tab in the Members Only section. I have also attached a copy to this email.
