Okwar Receives Commission to Second Lieutenant - Carrying on Military Tradition - Lincoln University

The brothers of the State of Missouri stood with Bro. Okwar "OJ" Jale as he received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army today at Lincoln University.
