About the Event
Youre invited to the Eighth District Undergraduate Summit Meeting in Maryville, MO, October 13-14, 2024. Brothers, if you are an advisor or considering becoming an advisor of an undergraduate chapter in the Eighth District, you will be required to attend this meeting. Registration will be $10 for all graduate brothers attending. The meeting itself will be held on Saturday, October 14th with a welcome event occurring on Friday, October 13th.
We have a block of hotel rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 2929 S. Main St. Maryville, MO, 64468. You will need to call the hotel to reserve your room under the block we have available. Room rates are $169 a night for a king bed or queen room with two beds. There is also a rate for suites with a bed and pull-out sofa for $189 a night.
There will be an Undergraduate Advisor training for all advisors and those considering becoming an undergraduate advisor. There will be a more formal agenda sent out, as we get closer to the meeting.
